The report explores how AI is revolutionizing customer engagement strategies. It offers insights on how brands can utilize the tool to drive conversions. A total number of 42 global brands across 50 countries were analyzed and the research highlights experiences of professionals including AI specialists and marketing strategists.
The report reveals that 54% of respondents reported faster content generation with AI. 82% of them experienced increased operational efficiency by automating workflows. It is also learned that 64% of respondents created personalized experiences at scale and 39% utilized for automated decision-making based on data analysis.
However, AI adoption varied across teams within brands. The content teams led at 71.4% and it was followed by growth marketing teams at 57.1%. the central marketing and product teams used it comparatively less.
Yet, when AI is not used well, businesses miss chances for more sales. The research categorized the companies into three AI adoption levels and these were from show to fast level.
