The advertising industry is always hungry of exposure and there is a plethora of ways to achieve the result, at least to some extent if not completely. Acquisition is also an important part of it and lately a global advertising agency has taken the same step. It has acquired Mumbai-based Yellophant Digital to mark a transformative milestone in Yellophant’s journey.
Yellophant Digital was founded in 2020 by Preksha Sheth, Angad Singh Manchanda and Lavinn Rajpal. It was established to serve startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a focus on return on investment (ROI).
Meanwhile, Preksha Sheth has stepped out of the management team and this means Chimp&z Inc is to take control of the company. However, the move is sure to expand Chimp&z Inc’s service offerings to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), startups and emerging brands as well in India.
It is learned that Yellophant Digital will be rebranded as ‘Yellophant’. It is further learned that the new owner will introduce innovative, AI-driven marketing solutions which will be particularly tailored for young brands in the Indian subcontinent.
Chimp&z Inc and Yellophant together will pave the path of AI-integrated marketing solutions and offer cost-effective strategies to budget-conscious clients. The services provided will include AI, social media data tracking, generative AI for content creation, film production, corporate AVs and animated short videos. These are basically designed to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, allow for easier customization and improve return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
The rebranded Yellophant will continue operation from its Mumbai headquarters. It has a dedicated team of 20+ professionals and they will collaborate with Chimp&z Inc’s global workforce.
